Sue’s career spans more than 15 years in various customer facing roles mainly in the mobile telecoms sector combined with IT integrated communications with blue chip companies with offices and support teams located in Europe, India, Australia and USA. Her areas of specialism include B2B service delivery and end to end customer service support. Sue provides consultation of support ‘best practice’ within a changing environment, frequently within a matrix hierarchy and structure.
Sue is passionate in ensuring the customer experience is seamless, painless, with clear points of contact. Providing enhanced service delivery, post sales customer support and streamlined solutions for her clients.
This can also include identifying and recruitment of the right staff, not just for the current position, but someone who is open to new ideas, flexible, can evolve as the business changes, whilst retaining the values of the customer centric ethos.
Sue is keen utilise her trouble shooting and issues identification experience of customer support and service delivery , to provide consultative support to small to medium business as they evolve their end to end customer service delivery experience.
Her new focus is to utilise her skills and experience to explore new revenue streams by focusing on identifying and developing enhanced value added services and interim assignments. Sue aims to support your business goals and customer expectations are delivered.
